1)How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at Toy & Gadgets
Choose products that you love, then click “Add to cart” and “Check out“.
Then fill in your information and pay.
That’s it! Very easy.


2) How  do you ship your orders?
We ship orders by express tracked service.
The delivery takes usually 1-4  working days.
Please note that due to the current covid-19 situation your order
may take longer to arrive, as this is partially out of our control,
please contact us if your order is late and we will track the location
for you.


3) Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Credit or Debit cards
Pre-paid cards are also accepted.


4) What is your return policy ?
We will refund you under these circumstances:
* If the goods have been delivered damaged
* If your order does not arrive within 25 business days
* The wrong items were sent
(we will need to see photos of the items if you are claiming
that they have been delivered damaged or you received the
wrong items).

 

In all other cases a refund will still provided but the postage

cost will have to be paid by the customer and also a small

re-stocking fee (2 GBP) will be charged.
